How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Foreverhighly Heating & Air wants every homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics We Handle
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Foreverhighly Heating & Air
- The way your personal information was handled
- Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed from it.
Know the limits, though. Foreverhighly Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@foreverhighly.property and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and the outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will review what happened, which can include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may also be able to help.
